Room was very clean, no foul odors, smelled clean, small fridge and microwave oven, bed mattress was firm, sheets were clean.
No bath / shower combo, just a very cramped corner shower, single person shower, would have preferred a normal bath / shower combo. Not enough wall outlets for charging devices etc.., No coffee or tea maker, all ice machines on premises were out of order when I went, not a smart TV, only cable channels available, Motel is at a busy intersection, so noisy with cars, live music was playing across the street (Saturday Night), very noisy, but understandable.

I liked how it had nice lights in the night and it wasn’t that bad to get inside overall.
I was just confused for a moment to open the shower but figured it help the staff helped for a tip in the office.

The front desk staff is accommodating and helps get us the room type we need due to our age.
The rooms aren't clean, the towels are thin and worn, the ice maker doesn't always work.
We stay here for a place to sleep that allows pets and is the least expensive in Big Bear, CA.
