short airport stay

the van Drivwr to the airport at 0400 was so kind . breakfast looked great but we had to leave early we missed it

hotel room had a very chemical smell maybe something they use to clean carpet but bothered the family

location to airport and cleanliness

wasn’t the quietest the room next to ours was up all night and made ye very hard to sleep.

Pleasant

Loved the easy check-in, friendliness of front desk staff, and low-key vibe. Well stocked pantry as well. Also loved the idea of “cold breakfast” starting as early as 4:30am.

The breakfast needs help; inadequate selection in comparison to most other hotels and what was available wasn’t very tasty… Also, something was wrong with the AC in our room so it was a bit muggy.

It won't happen again.

The location was good.

The hotel was ok, but the hallway was like a swamp, due to some sort of leak, and the people above us were very bad neighbors, and I wouldn't call that sitting/torcher device a couch, it's truly not for any kind of sitting or relaxing.

It is clean and well located

I Liked the parking and the room was clean.

. The breakfast was poor and the white-haired receptionist was rude and impolite. Room service did not clean my room for 2 nights for no reason.

Nice hotel and great value!

The breakfast was good, even though the waffle maker timer was not working consistently. I still knew how to use it, and just used my phone timer. The buscuits & gravy were a nice touch, as the buscuits were really good. The coffee ran out on both mornings, but I used the machine.

In the "business area" in the lobby - it's quite cold and drafty.

Very nice and comfortable

The breakfast had a wide selection and even had sugar free syrup which is above anywhere else. Thank you

The only issue was that the fan in the bathroom comes on with the light and at night wakes the other person. Needs to be a separate switch.

Great hotel but communication was lacking.

Clean, spacious room and nice lobby.

Unfortunately the front desk attendant forgot to mention that their shuttle would NOT be picking me up from the airport. Instead she said they were on their way. I waited 45 minutes and called back to learn that I should get a ride from a different hotel shuttle. Disappointing.

It was nice and what I expected. I like that I was able to take a shuttle to the airport.

The staff was friendly. The van driver to the airport was great.

My booking said my bill would be 175.35 and I was actually charged 176.87.

A pleasant, convenient stay

Staff are especially helpful and friendly; really a pleasure to be welcomed here. The room, bed, and bathroom are comfortable; breakfast is fine.

Airport hotels are never cheap. Not exactly a bargain.

Superb

I appreciate the shuttle ride to the airport most of all. I had to leave before 6am . So I missed out on a hot breakfast, but I enjoyed the cold breakfast items. friendly desk receptionist. I enjoyed my quiet room on the 3rd floor.
