The hotel is in a great location. The staff are very polite. The hotel is clean and well-organized; the pillows are comfortable, and there’s a hair dryer, iron, towels, etc. I loved it—I highly recommend it!

Bed was incredibly comfortable. Staff were friendly. Free Prosecco between 4 and 7pm. Ability to use the gym next door for free was very welcome. Hotel was impeccably clean, very tasteful and grand decor. Right next to 33st Subway Station. Genuinely nothing not to like - would (and will) stay again. I genuinely do not understand the negative reviews.
The only negatives is the size of the room. It's very tight and compact. But, given it's NYC you kinda have to expect that.

- It’s very central for lots of the big sights of NYC. For anything a little further away it’s a few steps from the subway
- an abundance of food/drink options on the doorstep
- Staff were professional, friendly and helpful
- Bed was very comfortable
As it is so central you have to expect some noise from the street. Nothing unmanageable though

Bed was comfy
Unable to take a full shower because the tub was clogged. Had to leave to go to where my dad was staying- The Shelbourne Sonesta, so my husband could take decent shower.
