The room was nice and large and well equipped and close to everything
Our room thermostat wouldn’t cool the room it was always hot. I saw a couple of crawling bugs in the bathroom

Comfortable stay
Breakfast timing was till 9.30am. However Breakfast was limited and if you went any later than 8.45am there was hardly any Breakfast left! The staff were not topping up the supplies according to the demand.
Also no complimentary water bottles were given to use in the room. We had a room booked for 4 of us, but only 2 towels were given.. Overall, the stay was comfortable because of the location, but it was definitely not the best value for the money paid.

The spaciousness of the room, plus the kitchen was equipped. Staff members were friendly.
I was quite disappointed when there was a coffee spill in an elevator early in the morning, and when reported to the front desk, another guest was told that nothing can be done until maintenance arrived on shift. I ended up cleaning it up myself (even though it was not my mess) because I was concerned about the Health & Safety issue should another guest or staff member slip and hurt themselves. I did speak with a supervisor later in the day and I appreciated that opportunity.
