Overall it was good

We use this hotel every time we go to Gibsons, the hotel was small but clean plus affordable. The location is also good with several restaurants within 5-10 minute walk.

1. No bottled water in the room. Even the vending machine ran out of beverages. It's true that you can get water from the faucet but remember that there are people who have sensitive stomach especially in a new place. This maybe something to add on your amenities. At least have the vending machine packed with drinks! 2. Usually the staff in this hotel are friendly and accommodating, but the Asian girl who was on duty on the night of November 25th was rude. I think she is not happy with what she's doing. Being at the front line, customer service is a must. She was not helpful at all when we were inquiring about the water and showed no willingness to help. I would understand if there are many customers at the counter but there was only me and my daughter inquiring. It even took her more than 5 minutes to come out of the staff room. Well, maybe I bothered her sleep that's why she seemed grumpy attending to us.

Quick, easy & convenient.

Booked room for just 1 night w/o breakfast, surprisingly we've got simple breakfast down at the lobby and can sit nicely in the garden to enjoy it!

Excellent! Again, great value and exceeded my expectations.

The room was exceptionally clean and if not recently renovated, it certainly appeared so. I was thankful to be able to go grab some fruit and a muffin at breakfast, something the other motels I stayed at in Gibsons had not provided. The inner courtyard was just delightful and a perfect place to read a book among the trees. I will definitely return.

Honestly, I liked everything.

Our stay made a very positive start to our trip to the Sunshine Coast.

Courtyard garden - very enjoyable to sit and relax. Availability of breakfast items at no extra cost.

Great value for money

Lovely coffee service in the main lobby, very appreciated as our stay wasn't planned (trailer broke down)

Wish there was a hot tub as the main pool was chilly

Good but need to upgrade or clean their appliances

Great location and friendly staff

we were in unit 309 and the AC/heater had terrible smell when the air blew out. The fridge had the same issue.. the milk we stored in the fridge was split due to the disgusting odour.

Basic but good enough.

The room was very clean and the hotel very well located.

The mattresses are hard and the pillows could be more comfortable. The rooms could use some updating. The utensils in the kitchenette were not super clean. I washed everything I used before hand.

Great central location

Staff was friendly and the breakfast station was convenient with coffee, juice, and a variety of muffins/fruit. The room was super clean and cozy.

Gibson's garden hotel is a gem on the sunshine coast.

The pool is great. My son loved the koi pond and he named the fish and spent a lot of time out looking at the pond. The staff was helpful and professional.
