I was really impressed with this hotel. Top of the list was the bed - great quality pillows, mattress, sheets, plus blackout curtains - I sleep sooo well! Other than that the place is very clean and well maintained. The gardens in the middle of the building are great. It's got a lot of charm. Nice to have the small pool and gym too. Location-wise, it's not in the centre of the charming part of Gibsons, but it is in the middle of the functional day-to-day part of town with some restaurants, grocery and pharmacy just a short walk away. The v cool local movie theatre is right next door. We got around using the bus - it was doable.
It's great that they offer some 'grab and go' food in the morning. Just know it's not breakfast! Consider it more of a snack. One of the dumbbells in the gym was damaged and taped up. It still worked, but it was a bit tricky to use.

overall the place and the room we stayed is very clean. i was impressed. and also the kitchen are complete if you want to cook. utensils and even dishwashing soap and sponge and paper towel. washroom is clean. the floor is clean.
also we like is the smart tv that was in the room, we enjoyed watching youtube and netflix at night. pool is also nice. and the garden with lots of fish. the ambiance is very nice.
and to go breakfast is good. close to places and gibsons landing.
