Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast area was very nice, welcoming, and pleasant place to serve yourself a nice breakfast.
There was a minor repair that needed to-be made.

This was easy to find, near gas, laundry and a diner.
The other patrons were loud into the night, drinking and smoking right outside the door. So we had to smell cigarettes all night and hear them. The floors were filthy, making walking barefoot icky.
