Good location, close to CTA and lots of nearby restaurants; great little bakery attached (with hotel discount).
It was expensive for the condition of the room. The room wasn't dirty but very worn. Insufficient outlets, wonky wi-fi, no shower curtain when we arrived.

Great location with view of Grant Park. Nice selection of restaurants within walking distance. Easy access to bus stop for Obama Presidential Center and CTA Station for L to O'Hare, Wrigley, and Rate Field. Housekeeping staff were outstanding. Secure entrance for safety.
It would have been nice to have had an exhaust fan in the bathroom.

I loved the location. It was in walking distance to all the attractions I wanted, food, Grant Park, and public transportation. The staff was also AMAZING! Very friendly and helpful.
The hotel was shabby and there were roaches. There were many broken things in the hotel and the gym had broken equipment. An hour before I was checking out I saw two roaches. There was mold on the ceiling. The pillows all were those horrible flat down pillows the beds were hard and wore out.
