Good location. Near subway, bus stop, 3 supermarts and eateries. The street is not very busy and noise. The room is clean and nice. The hotel provided basic toiletries, like body lotion, hand wash, shampoo, conditional and body wash. Machine to wash and dry your clothes. Filtered drinking water. That is all I need.
Noisy at night due to the subway. But you will get used after the 2nd night. LoL.

All we needed, but the room was surprisingly spacious
Only one lift seemed to be working which meant some slowness with getting to and from the room

Location is excellent. Short walk to museums and the lake.
There were significant problems with the room keys. Three times we were not able to access our room and had to go back downstairs to have them reset. One afternoon, while my husband and I were still in the room (fortunately fully dressed) some other new guests entered our room! They had been assigned to our room mistakenly. This was shocking and was a serious breech of our privacy and confidence in our security in the room.
