The distance to our location was nice. The rooms were clean when we arrived and the housekeepers were very sweet. The doorman in the lobby was also very nice.
Some of the security staff were very rude. I had waited patiently to ask this guard a question to which I was yelled at and called stupid for coming to ask him a question because apparently he was very busy. He treated other hotel guests like this in front of me as well.

Excellent location
Facility needs proper maintenance. Paint job is poor. A/C unit was leaking water onto the floor causing a giant wet spot in the carpet. Called the front desk as soon as I noticed it, the person who answered said they’d send someone up to check it out but no one ever showed up. Hallways have access panels to something at set intervals and I noticed a roach crawl into one of them. Also charged my card for the $5 water bottle that we didn’t take.
