I like that this location was near alot of whole in the wall spots
The only thing I didn't like was that this location key cards are only for one wing of the building, long story short I got locked out the building and had to run to the front desk while in the ran lol (everything is fine btw)

The location was on the main road, and it was easy to reach the hotel. The room was clean overall. The staff members were very helpful and welcoming and they were always available to answer our questions about things we could dining Chicago, where to eat, and how to get to the nearest train station. They even located our lost package and kept it safely and guided us on how we can get it shipped and sent to us. Thanks again to the staff members for being so understanding, helpful and welcoming.
The lighting in the room was dim and brighter lighting would be nicer.
The room rate was on the higher side, and didn't feel like full value for money, considering it's not in the main/central downtown of Chicago.

Room was in excellent condition and very comfortably. We appreciated getting a room that was not a floor below the dancing and loud music.
Parking was not convenient for self parking, and valet parking was very expensive.

Location was good. 2 free water bottles and a small snack bag were included. Needed to scan key card to get to reserved floor
Room did not get cool.
Tv was a nightmare, channel guide was for January, so the only way to see shows was to scroll channel by channel. Should be able to watch my Netflix account for how pricey the room was.
No helpful information was given. Saw so many people struggle with the elevator since they did not know they had to scan key card. You need to take a different set of elevator to get to breakfast. Had to go down to front desk to find our ice was on my floor. A couple of the front end desk people were borderline rude.
Rooms were expensive, service and quality were more like a cheap motel. It's a great location and they know it, so what are you gonna do....??
