You can’t beat the location. The staff is so friendly and professional. The building is absolutely gorgeous- and the parking is convenient and secure.
Since I brought a car, it was difficult to park before checking in. There was some confusion at the garage, but all in all not too bad.

Staff were all friendly, facilities were good and location was great lots of restaurants and bars easily accessible to other parts of San Fran.
There was a little bit of a smell in the room but it was otherwise clean and very spacious

Water and ice on the floor, water and coffee in the lobby, close to Union square and restaurants
No elevator from parking, daily parking fees are a rip-off, not a safe area in the evenings, no jacuzzi
