Right in the middle of everything, Boston!!

The location was fantastic. Coffee shop downstairs and free pastry, outstanding. Right in the middle of everything. Close to “T” stops and bus to airport.

Bed was way too firm. Needs a topper!!

Okay for a short stay

The location is really great for sightseeing, walking distance to the centre, and there's a subway nearby as well. The staff was friendly and helpful. There's breakfast available in the cafe downstairs, just coffee or tea and a pastry - but free, and perfect to start the day.

The room was outdated and in need of a general update (the windows were drafty, the floors made you think you'll fall through any time you stepped on it). There's no closet space either as the room is quite small.

Very good

The location near a metro station and next to two of the most beautiful public parks of Boston. The price was extremelly correct if we combine quality , location and service.

The shower was a bit difficult to use in the beginning .

very good location, comfortable bed. perfect for a weekend in Boston.

the toilet was dirty upon arrival and the pastry and coffee service was not existent - the waitress in the bar was really rude when I kindly asked about it.

Excellent little hotel - would be happy to return.

Excellent boutique hotel. Comfortable and clean bedrooms. Very central location - middle of Boston not that big and so can walk pretty to everything. Will definitely come back.

Two things annoyed me: that I didn't have a desk in my room at which to work - even just a table and chair, and the other was having to pay have a proper coffee at breakfast rather than something straight out of a flask. These are minor critiques though and did not detract from my stay.

Excellent lication, very clean, great customer service, and with all necessities in the room for business. Loved free coffee with pastry in the morning.

The room does not worth the value I paid. The breakfast could have been more freely for people to choose their partry.

Our stay was wonderful - the staff were fantastic, the service was brilliant, and the location was perfect x

Extremely clean (and I am very particular) and very functional; within walking distance of EVERYTHING! Staff were very accommodating, and extremely polite and welcoming. Our room had a ceiling leak on the first night and Chris ensured that we were relocated, our clothes that had been soiled were washed, and we were compensated. We will definitely be rebooking here when we’re in town next x

Great location and staff but the Rooms and carpets need to be updated to reach a basic standard in 2022.

The staff were extremely helpful and kind at the front desk. The front of the hotel was very modern and cute.

The room was probably the height of modern in 1997. absolutely needs an update. Why were there a VCR and DVD player? The carpets in the hallway and room grossed me out and I got weird bites at the bottom of my legs over night although it was end of September and cold. It was all just very uncomfortable.

Small room without view in nice surrounding.

Central location. Close to Hynes Convention Center. Lots of restaurant and bars in the immediate surrounding (but expensive).

Room was small. Window with direct view on wall: no view, and quite dark. No proper breakfast provided!
