We spent five wonderful nights at The Colonnade during our Boston / New England road trip and absolutely loved our stay!
The location was fantastic, perfectly positioned for exploring everything Boston has to offer, with so much within easy reach. The views from our room overlooking Back Bay were simply sensational and something we never tired of.
The hotel itself was lovely, with excellent facilities and everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The staff were consistently friendly, welcoming and accommodating, which made the experience even better.
Although we didn’t get the opportunity to try the onsite restaurant, it always appeared busy and popular.
The Colonnade was a fantastic base for our Boston adventures, and we’d happily stay here again on a future visit!

The property was very elegant and the room was pretty spacious and very clean - all the employees were very nice and helpful - and the property has great location in Back Bay, very convenient for transportation.

The service and check in /out was great.
The air conditioning unit was loud and never stopped running even though it said auto control. It was either hot or very cold
