Copley House made it possible to go to Anime Boston and save some money while doing it.

Able to cook in suite and had utensils for doing so. Microwave also a big help. Plentiful towels. Good privacy blinds and layout of room. Cost effective and relatively close to our destination.

Only able to relegate keys to one person at a time. Shower was a little finicky and didn’t have a complete door so water got everywhere. A little noisy at times due to nature of building. Why are dogs allowed but not cats?

Convenient location

Close to transport, period house, reasonable quiet area., Staff were very helpful and assisted us with taking our bags up the four flights of stairs to our room.

The room could have been done with blackout curtains on the windows, as the street lights shone through the slat blinds.

Fantastic apartment fully equipped for short or long stay

Easy check in process, very thorough parking directions, great location, walked to everything

It was a lot of stairs to get to the 4th floor after walking all day. Cleared stated no elevator so that’s on me!!

Great stay in an old brownstone house!

Perfect location, with a small kitchenette. Third time staying and third room. Each stay has been just as nice with clean and well set up accommodations in each room/ small suites!

Pleasant stay in a quirky studio apartment

Rooms were quirky and very comfortable. I appreciated they had a kitchenette with Keuring, tea pot, toaster and microwave and a private bathroom with hairdryer. There were also convenient iron and ironing boards. The furniture was cute and the king bed quite comfortable.

This structure is an extended hotel, meaning that they have various locations 10 minutes from the main address. I wish this information was highlighted somewhere because we found it out the day we arrived, and we had to walk with our luggages to the actual destination. However, the location of the apartment itself was very convenient and super close to Whole Foods and CVS.

It was homey, lovely comfortable clean and fun

I loved how it felt like I actually lived there and not like I was a visitor

I wish it had a bathtub but that’s not a dealbreaker at all.

Convenient location with a friendly helpful staff.

The location was very convenient for me for this trip. I’ve stayed at the. Popeyes House several times and have always been pleased with the accommodations, staff and location. Thank you!!!

Amasing trip to Boston

Our room was not huge, but it was just perfect for 2 people. We were lucky to have a bay window, so it was a perfect Boston experience. We had a kitchenette in the room with all the utensils we needed. But if you need to cook (we didn't do that), you'd need to buy oil, salt and such stuff. Our place was close to the metro, supermarket and shopping centre. We'd definitely stay here our next time in Boston.

We liked the fact that the apartment had all the facilities : kitchen, toilette, and a comfortable bed. Also the cleanliness of the apartment.

Boston stay

Good location near everything . Had little kitchen fir cooking .

Very warm in place but when I textd they did turn ot down . Small apartment for fourbut was ok . Bedroom just fot the bed so not much room but for price it was fine

Location is good. Unit had a lot of broken things, and problems.

The location is great.

The door lock wasn’t working, only the deadbolt and you can open the deadbolt with a key from the outside - there wasn’t any other lock for the safety of us while staying in the room. Also, the toilet paper holder had been pulled out of the wall when we arrived. And we arrived at 6pm which should have been ample time for them to check those details out. They offered to come in while we were gone to fix those items, but we didn’t feel comfortable to leave our belongings in there and have someone come in when we were gone. Also, no dish towel and the WiFi only worked intermittently.

Would stay again

- location - quiet street - kitchen - spacious - nice to have a dining table

- no tea towel to dry dishes - very hot with the central heating unable to be adjusted. We had to cool the room down using the AC. This was effective and staff were happy for us to do this but it is not very energy efficient! - blinds need upgrading - very bright in the room

Como en casa, a pasos del Prudential Center.

Personal súper amable. El departamento estuvo muy cómodo y muy bien calefaccionado. No hay servicio de limpieza de la habitación. Solo servicio de toallas a pedido. Pero eso no significó ningún inconveniente. Proveen de café o lo que se necesite reponer.

Excellent base to stay in Boston

Loved the location and my room. A great base for two nights in Boston.

It was not an issue for me, but there was no lift / elevator to the top floor - which could be an issue for some. (They did kindly offer to help carry my bags if I’d wanted).

Excelente lugar

La ayuda del personal, llegué tarde, se comunicaron vía wasapp en español, y me esperaban eso me dió mucha tranquilidad. Avise que mis valijas eran muy pesadas y me asignaron una habitación en Planta Baja.

Nada fue de mi desagrado.

Nice area, clean room, a good pick if wifi is not important for you.

Good bed, good location.

Wifi connection was a disaster. I could only look at emails, no browsing, no zoom calls possible. Rebooting the system helped for a couple of hours, then wifi was again very poor and impossible to use for work.

Nice quaint room in a good location

Good location

Tv wasn’t working a lot of the time, wifi was iffy, and I didn’t feel safe due to the key situation. Not many amenities (no toothpaste, soap, gym, breakfast…).

Clean but cramped

Clean. Comfortable bed.

Absolutely no storage for either suitcase or clothes. No cupboards or drawers for clothing. Small hanging area but had to keep everything in suitcase but really nowhere to keep that.

One of the best trips I’ve ever taken made better by a great place to spend the night.

Location was perfect to reach some sightseeing spots, but the real treat was the ease of getting to Fenway on foot. A+ for that.

Can’t think of a single thing. Everything was perfect. Rustic building, great neighborhood. I don’t have any negatives.

Good location. Some few minutes from the center.

room was in the celler direct infront of the housekeeping entering area. Big noise in the morning. Loud speaking people. Carry around the service cart. Loud talking people between 8 and 9:00. Door had a gap and could see the light from outside. Window could not perfect open. Window frame had a hole! Dead rat on the parking lot. Parking cost extra. Kitchen board was sticky. ... overall for one night no issue but for longer relaxed stay .. not good.

Good position in back bay closed to 2 different subway stations. Apartment large and confortable. Staff extremely kind and efficient. Thanks.

Generally speaking, we loved the location in the Back Bay and would stay again when we visit Boston.

Location was perfect to walk downtown, the room size was more than adequate for two people.

The carpet was soiled and needed to be replaced, not enough hooks in the bathroom and the floor was not as cleaned looking for our feet.

A perfect and charming stay in the heart of Boston.

Great location. Traditional brownstone building. Convenient to subway, restaurants, shopping. The room is clean, comfortable, stocked for light cooking.

Great location in lovely area, comfortable room and beds, super helpful and friendly staff, great facilities including laundry.

Hygiene is not a priority (room wasn’t cleaned very well), service is non existent, self check-in did not work, it was very noisy
