The Copley House is located in a wonderful area of Boston (Back Bay) close to restaurants, shopping, and walkable to some of the sights. The rooms are located in a nice collection of Brownstones in the area. The staff is very friendly and helpful. That said, only one of the buildings is staffed 9A to 9 P, but the staff can send supplies to your building should you need anything. The room was cozy, but it was clean and comfortable and the beds were comfortable as well. There was a well-stocked kitchenette in the room, including a coffeemaker. There is a metro station nearby on the green line, but unfortunately that line was shut down for the week we were there. All in all, it was a nice place and we would stay here again.
Everything was great but there were a few minor things that could be improved —As for toiletries, there was shampoo and body wash provided but no conditioner or lotion so you need to bring your own. Also, they did not have decaf coffee pods fir the coffeemaker —I think they were temporarily out of stock but wanted to mention it.

The place is clean and quiet with plenty of towels and hot water. While we did not use the kitchenette it had all the basics for a quick meal or reheating leftovers.
Very minor inconvenience was the drain in the shower as it was slow and the shower heads location tricky to start water before getting into the enclosure. It would be nice if they would clean the fabric on the couch, pull out bed as it had some small stains. But compared to the AirBnBs this is a nice upgrade.

The apartment itself was very comfortable. It had everything you needed even though it was on the smaller side. Even the little kitchen had all the essential. It was cute and super clean. We really loved the location. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby and walking distance to so many areas. We would definitely stay here again!!
Getting the information about what building/address we were staying and instructions on how to enter the property at the last minute due to some glitches in the system was a bit stressful. But those things happen!
