We definitely enjoyed our stay at Copley House. Our apartment was just as expected and its location in the Back Bay was great. Plenty of restaurant choices nearby as was Fenway Park, the Prudential Tower (View Boston), Duck Boat Tours and the metro. The apartment was spacious and the bed was comfy. We would definitely stay here again should we find ourselves back in Boston.

The place exceeded most of my expectations. I will definitely be coming be coming back again. It is very clean, spacious, central to most places and very accessible via train, bus or taxi if you need one. The staff are very responsive and very friendly. Bonus is there is laundry accessible to all the units.

Location was great! Was very easy to walk to anything you wanted or to get a Lyft. The room was exactly what we needed. Not tons of space, but great for what we needed. We wanted to have a nice spot to relax and this was perfect. Plus had a decent kitchenette which includes a toaster oven. Spacious bathroom, big shower and heated floors were a plus!
I wasn’t able to get in one afternoon and rang the doorbell, but no one ever came. I did have to wait for the keypad to reset in the rain before being able to get in. User error (very long nails)
Also, 1 ply toilet paper was a miss, but those aren’t anything to keep us from staying again.

Cozy accommodations. Great location within minutes of subway station. Quiet
Within 30 minutes of walking in the accommodations, the bottom of my white socks were black. Clearly the floor had not been mopped prior to our arrival. The fitted sheet on the queen size mattress was put on sideways. The entire top left corner of the mattress exposed. We had to completely remake the bed
