This was very practical for my needs. It is in a good location, just as short walk from Massachusetts Avenue station on the Orange Line which allows easy travel into the centre of Boston. The Prudential Tower is also within walking distance and I thoroughly recommend local restaurant Petit Robert Bistro.
The bed was comfortable and it was useful to have facilities to self-cater for breakfast and the occasional light meal. Space was extremely tight though and it would have been very cosy with two in the same room. The internet worked fine for me throughout my stay and it was very useful to have free access to laundry facilities. Full marks to the housekeeper who was excellent. I would look to stay here again if I return to Boston.
The cumbersome pre-registration process and the door entry system which didn't initially work for several guests who were there at the same time as me. Access depends entirely on the technology working. The lack of on-site support meant when a problem arose I had to phone for help and then had to wait until the housekeeper started her shift. The sound insulation isn't great because I could hear conversations in the neighbouring room. Despite its name, this isn't what I would call a hotel - it is a series of very small apartments within a building with access to a shared communal area.

Location was great and seemed safe other than the homeless people at the bus stops.
The room is extremely small and the bathroom is tiny. You can’t control the heat so it’s just hot in the room for no reason. The water heat runs out super fast. The sheets are cheap amazon sheets and the blanket is exceptionally hot, the pillows are terrible and hard. The iron leaked everywhere and was broken. There is no elevator so keep that in mind, you will have to walk stairs with the luggage and they have 6 floors here.
The coffee maker has no cream or sugar, the housekeepers are exceptionally loud in the morning which makes resting difficult.
If you decide to pay them for a parking spot please note that their spots are near impossible to get in and out of if people are parked in the surrounding spots. We stayed here because it was a last minute trip and wouldn’t recommend it for the money. Just pay more to stay elsewhere
