Southwest beauty and ambiance on full display. A valet as I was leaving without my phone who saved the day 🫶
Very slow checkin and no bell person to support transferring bags and managing my cart. Called for 20 min front desk finally helped so I could place a room service order

Our room was not special. The closet was in the bathroom and the folding door was very stiff and difficult to open and close

The Inn & Spa at Loretto is a quaint old hotel in an ideal location-within easy walking distance to area attractions, shopping, and a host of restaurants. The restaurant inside the hotel is actually very good with a stellar selection of both food and wine.
The hotel has been tastefully updated over the years but an appearance of real cleanliness is difficult to maintain, especially in an older property. The Inn & Spa at Loretto is a prime example. The hallways, which are not well lighted and the rooms, while tastefully appointed, reflect both age and a veil of neglect-not charm and cleanliness. We enjoyed our stay but never saw any staff after our check-in other than the valet guys. None. Staff seemed to be non existent. I found that odd. Overall we were just really disappointed. The Inn & Spa at Loretto has SO much potential but unfortunately, fails to meet the standards of an historic, grand old hotel in my opinion.
