The location is great, swimming pool is nice and has a good outdoor area, the food from the restaurant is very well made.
The wheelchair bathroom (I stayed on the 525) is very dangerous, after the shower anyone might slip and fall very easily. Watch out for elderly people, could easily break the hip. The Hotel created a hazard with that slippery floor and should remove the hazard.

Good location, sufficiently comfortable rooms.
This is an old property, which was refurbished but it still looks and feels dated. They charge an automatic 20% gratuity on any bar or restaurant check and the lack of motivation to give good service shows. I have worked for years in a restaurant and will always tip well but am vehemently opposed to automatic large gratuities like this as it demotivates servers. The customer ends up paying top gratuity for mediocre or bad service.
