Location was wonderful. Overall vibe of lobby, hotel space, and room were beautiful and well thought out. Our family brought our dog and the accommodations were good.
The onsite staff were kind, professional, and friendly. I did not realize I would be charged 2x the daily charge since I had booked two rooms for our family of four. If I had known that I would have kept just one room since we never used what the daily fee went towards (pool, riding bikes, or using beach items that we never used). I had called the hotel to waive the cost, but unfortunately the customer service people were rude, then they said they would refund me $75 but never did.

Great location. Lovely hotel. Great to have chairs and body boards to take to the beach.
Overpriced - $100 a night to park is quite frankly ridiculous! Breakfast was very expensive. As were drinks. Not enough beds by the pool.

I like the location, it was close to the beach. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The beds weren’t very comfortable, and the ac didn’t work that well. I asked them to clean the room and they never did. The decor in the rooms are a little dated. I think they should upgrade the decor.
