The beds were very comfortable. Also the sound proofing between rooms was really nice (at least, the fact that it felt private and separate). It was easy to check in, and to communicate with staff. Breakfast was good.
We stayed for more than one night, but our rooms were not really cleaned up. And the location was a bit far from downtown. And there was a strong smell of cigarettes in the area we stayed in. Breakfast needs more gluten-free and fresh fruit options. Other than that, all good.

Inconvenient entrance to rooms.
Breakfast area poorly organized. Causes Congestion
One of our party lost his iron ring (stainless steel), a professional Engineering ring awarded (in 1969) when one achieves their Engineering degree in Canada.
The other person left behind a small case containing cables for connecting electronic devices ( eg. For charging) and memory sticks ( data important to individual).
The iron ring loss was reported to hotel management and hoping to have information regarding its discovery.
The case which is grey in colour and contains a zipper for closure has been recently been discovered left behind and attempt to reach management at hotel to report the loss. Hopefully, success in reaching them and staff have turned in.
Disappointed the case has been found and turned in and with an attempted to reach out to us hasn’t happed!
