Excellent water pressure in updated showers. Premium toilet paper. Discount on the radium pools and free towels to use. Really quiet. Outside looked like a Swiss chalet hotel. Loved all the flowers outside. Keurig in room with retro fridge.
Staff was beyond super friendly. Will definitely stay here again.
Lock on the door was a bit finicky. The portable ac was loud but it was needed.

Convenience of parking right outside our door. Table and two chairs in unit
The bathroom is old and tired looking. Broken shelf in fibreglass surround. Water leak damaged ceiling tiles. Hot water tap leaks when in use. One Keurig pod for regular coffee and one for decaf. To be shared between two people 😩. Rug is needing a good cleaning. Overpriced for the condition of property. Arrived September 4 only to find Hot springs on winter schedule before the Labour Day weekend. Very disappointing. Since we stopped especially to do a soak.
