You can’t beat the location. It is right on the river and in the heart of everything in Chicago.
The room was kind of dated and pretty small. We only had a view of the roof and you could hear the people’s voices next door through the vent which was pretty annoying late at night.

The staff!! Excellent customer service from every single member my family encountered!! And the location was central to many downtown activities.
The only thing was that the hotel gets so busy and filled that the elevators can take a while to stop for you.

The location is great—very close to the riverwalk. Free beer was offered when we checked in.
The staff at the luggage storage room were not very friendly. One of them explicitly pressured us to give tips but did not help retrieve our luggage. The attitude is not great. Also, the room we were given had view of the river but the window was really dirty.
