Location, quiet rooms and ease of check in and checkout. Food was good
King bed mattresses were older and they used a queen topper that didn’t fit the bed. Service didn’t come to clean room upon request.

The suite was spacious and perfect for a family of 3. The location was perfect and ideal for walking. There were many restaurants and shops in the vicinity. The bed was super comfortable and is one of the best beds I've ever slept on. A great experience all in all.
There was an almost a lack of staff presence that made it seem impersonal.

The location was nice
Valet lost my vehicle, tub was chipped and rusted out, concierge was rude and acted like I was bothering them when I asked for a car service, front desk was unhelpful, extremely overpriced for what is offered
