Dynasty Suites Redlands

The Suites had so many little things that made it nice like the quiet classical music piped in the property, the lights and the pool, the immaculate breakfast room with the lovely assistant, and the polite cleaners who got us extras of what we needed.

It was very close to the venue I was at. The pool was fun

My room was supposed to be handicap accessible. The shower wasn’t accessible and hardly can move the wheelchair and walker. But I managed it.

It was accessible to fast food restaurants in the area by walking distance

The carpet had stains. I’m very particular about my flooring. This unit 114 had too many for comfort but I was too tired to request a change. The last time I stayed there there were large spiders and cobwebs on the walkway ceiling above my room - I requested a change for that one. Unfortunately they do not let you see the room before booking it. Do last time I had to remove everything from the room back to my car and then get the new key and pray that it’s ok and move my stuff from the car to the room. That’s very inconvenient and I know of no other hotel establishment that inconvenience the patron like that. Normally you are allowed to get the new key - check out the room , more your stuff with assistance from the front desk if needed and then return the key. Usually about 20 minutes tops. I told my partner that I prefer someway else next time -/ but he likes the pool area where he can smoke
