loved having easy access to laundry and a kitchenette; also close to the subway which was great, very walkable and safe. friendly staff. it is an older building so keep that in mind when booking. Also close to Central Park.
would have enjoyed a breakfast (I dont think there was one) but across the street from a grocery store. I did see 2 small cockroaches in my tub on different days, but it is NYC so I guess that is expected. Also since it's an older building, the AC was very loud.

The hotel’s team were super nice and accommodating. The hotel room was spacious and clean and they cleaned the room and made the bed everyday. The snacks and water from floor 2 minibar was very nice for my daughters.
The laundry room was right next to our room and it was super useful and easy to use it, with reasonable price either. We can’t wait the renovation will take place and we will definitely come back to visit again it the future. Huge love from Israel 🇮🇱❤️
The toilet was pretty old and its flushing was problematic.
One air conditioner in the bedroom was not cooling properly and even though a maintenance guy was in the room twice to fix it, it still didn’t work great and it had to be turned off and on all the time in order to keep working.

Location fantastic - near so many good cafes and restaurants, between two parks, felt very safe and nearest to an express stop for subway
Don’t love carpet in rooms.

Location was great. Staff also really nice and helpful.
Beds, particularly sofa bed very uncomfortable
No hot water of morning of departure so had cold showers, not great having paid c€600/night
The smell in the corridors was quite bad
