Great location, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Since it was raining during our stay, it was nice that we hardly needed to leave the hotel. The service was exceptional—everyone was friendly, helpful, and consistently went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The indoor pool was also a highlight, and we appreciated that they had toys available for children.
Only small things and certain aspects of the room could have been better that we’ve noticed in other luxury hotels like the toilet paper and having a switch to open the blinds.

Wow, this place is just amazing. Its like a castle in the sky above manhattan. Staff was super helpful, they held on to a cake I had for the day, rooms were huge crazy clean and bathrooms were so so fancy. View was amazing and the local mall and location were the best. It was my wife's birthday and they left us a small cake and letter. Super sweet staff, I'll never forget this.
Prices are a bit much but worth a try. Lounge gets pretty crowded, bed sheets kinda too heavy but thats just me.
