The rooms were cute and functional for what we needed (a place to sleep). The staff was friendly and very helpful. They went above and beyond to help us have a good stay.
We had some trouble with getting hot water from the cold tap, but we were welcome to head to the office to get ice and cold water when we needed it. They tried to fix it for us and told us to let them know if it was still a problem, but we were really only using it as a place to sleep and I didn't want to move rooms. Overall this is a great place for a good price close to universal

Walking distance to the free shuttle to Universal Studios was GREAT!
When I requested to change to an upper room due to upper room noise, my request was accommodated. The second room experience was much better.
Front office staff were really friendly.
Really small 1st room; noise from the room above us was really loud.
