Responsive owner

Vast property with great amenities. I want to give extra feedback to the owner: we arrived in Ottawa just after the storm and half of the city had a power outage, but the owner sustained it by connecting the house to a generator, which provided us with lights, and internet, TV and essential appliances.

A good experience with responsive owners. Would come back again.

Lots of room and very quiet throughout the day. Good value for what you pay. The owner was very responsive to all questions/concerns. The beds were very comfy. Nice to have cable/Netflix and was really comfy cozy with the fireplace in the Livingroom. Overall, a good experience.

Overall cleanliness was good however, I could not place anything in the storage drawers in the bed base as there was dirt and hair, the kitchen drawers cupboards were similar along with some dishes being dirty and pans very greasy. There are tenants in the lower level of this location and the sound proofing between floors is such that you hear them. Could not get the bedroom fireplace to work.

Great stay - awkward house next door

We had a great stay at this property. The owner was helpful and gave us quick answers. We were not able to make any of the fireplaces work. We got there late and were surprised to see that there was an abandoned house in the just a few meters from the bangalo.

Fireplaces did not work.
