Staff were great ! Lovely view in our room and nice grounds to go for a walk.

So few amenities in the room for such an expensive room. No tea bags, no snacks or drinks to buy and the vending machines are basically just full of energy drinks. We wanted to watch a movie and couldn't do that either, only very basic TV channels. Ordered a burger from room service for our son and found out halfway through him eating it, it wasn't cooked all the way through. Lots of small comforts and touches missing from a hotel that is supposed to be high-end.

The bed is very comfortable

The shampoo bottle was empty: magnifying mirror was installed too high Can not borrow a spoon to eat my yogurt from both the front desk and the restaurant.

General area great for shopping and things to do

Stayed at this hotel a year ago and the room was much larger for a lower price as well as a walk in shower.. Was disappointed for sure. Could have gone to Thailand or Spain for a week or more for the same price. Too expensive. Will not return next year!
