Good location and excellent front office staff
Parking was complicated with 2 choices - off site at a city lot some distance away, or a very pricey valet service.

Beautiful unique architecture was the feature here. Loved the large skylight. Thankfully we got a room over looking the centre of the hotel which was a really neat feature! Bar and restaurant were gorgeous. Loved the Le Labo products in the bathroom, and the branded items throughout the hotel rooms, such a luxury touch!
I wish there was a bit more to do; a pool, sauna or hot tub would be a massive selling point here. If you’re a hotel go-er and stay-er, where you just want to relax and enjoy the hotel amenities, I didn’t find there was all that much to do other than order room service or sit in the lobby.
I do also wish there was a plug in makeup mirror with some additional lighting. I like to sit at a hotel desk to do my makeup and the limited counter space in the bathroom or the lack of mirror/lighting at the desk area wasn’t really ideal for the glam girls!

The hotel was comfortable clean and welcoming. Everyone working was delightful. I walked in wearing sunglasses after ugly crying ( dropped my son off at university) was slightly embarrassed to be walking around inside in sunglasses lol but they made it not weird for me 😊

Excellently situated, contemporary designed and very clean. Our room was ready for the early check-in flowing my request. The staff was very kind, especially the bellboys.
