The first room we were allocated upon arrival, was very dark as the window faced a brick wall, however the reception staff were quick to offer us a different room without any fuss.
The hotel was well located & a very easy walk to the main tourist attractions.
Private parking, although paid was very convenient.
Overall the staff were very helpful & accommodating & even the member of staff helping with parking, gave us discounts for a local cycle hire shop.
It is extremely annoying not to be able to pay & book private parking in advance, especially if that is part of the reason that you book that particular hotel.
Surely, if you pay for parking up front, the hotel can’t lose & would be much more fair.

Superb location, staff very friendly and helpful. Bed very comfortable, room very clean.
The furnishings (apart from the bed) are old and need refreshing. The hallways are dark and not very welcoming.

The location was great, and Serdar, who helped us with our luggage, was amazing.
The staff, especially at reception, wasn’t very welcoming, particularly Nicole. Based on our experience with more than 100 hotels, this was one of the coldest check-ins we’ve had. The pillows were also very uncomfortable. The hotel didn’t offer free parking and asked if I was willing to pay around $40 for 24 hours. I declined and found a nearby parking lot for about one-third of that price.
