The room was excellent, with a comfortable bed and a powerful air conditioning system that kept the room cool throughout the stay. The TV was modern and included access to Netflix, which was a nice touch. The elevators were also very fast, making it easy to move around the hotel. In addition, the front desk agent Mary who checked us in was professional, courteous, and welcoming.
There were a few disappointments. Unlike other Sheraton properties I have stayed at in different countries, the level of service felt limited. When we arrived late at night, there was no staff available to assist with our luggage. The only option provided was a luggage trolley for self-service. The same situation occurred at check-out, as there was no assistance available to help move our luggage to the car.
The room lighting was also quite dim and relied heavily on table and floor lamps rather than stronger ceiling lighting. Another downside was the lack of basic amenities such as toothbrushes, shaving kits, and slippers. Additionally, housekeeping required notifying the front desk in advance to have the room cleaned.

The room itself was excellent. The bed was very comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly and kept the room cool, and the TV was modern with Netflix available. The elevators were also fast and efficient
regarding luggage assistance, as no staff were available to help during either check-in or check-out.

The concierge told me at the lobby upon checking in that we will have an adjoining room. We went up and it was a mistake according to the concierge. When the key was given to us we were told it was adjoining, did they not know with the room number it is not? There is a discrepancy or misrepresentation that happened. Why the real truth not given to us in the lobby is still beyond me.
