Location, rooms, and lobby
We booked 5 rooms for a group of 11 people (including 1 infant), with either 2 double beds or a King bed plus sofa each room. Can't understand why we were only allowed one guest to the complimentary breakfast initially for some rooms. Although the issue was resolved in the end, this experience made the group unhappy.

Location is perfect to see the city. The staff was very accommodating We had an issue - forgot meds at home and staff assisted us in finding a pharmacy
Lighting could not figure out how to put on the large light in the room

Location was good for our purpose. Staff very nice. Room was clean.
Room was small. Would have like to have two coffee each in the morning. TV was not good. We had very limited things to watch and the guide didn't match what the program on the TV.

The beds! To soft, you roll to the middle. So soft had a hard time getting out.
