Perfect location for the races.
Newly renovated, but uneven. Some brand new stuff, some rusty old stuff.

Easy to get to and the parking outside the entrance to the room was great.
It could use a bit of an upgrade and some maintenance, like the tub had a big splashing stain in it, the towel holder was really loose, and the bathroom tap had a slight leak.

Room was clean. Sheets were soft. Service was good. Easy access from vehicle to room. Close to Tim’s and grocery store and Dollarama.
The room needed to be updated. Sink was very cracked. Tub / shower tap very hard to turn. Soap supplied was very small. Lamp broken - told manager & nothing was done. Pop machine broken & no intent to repair.
