Staff was so nice and helpful. The room had amazing views.

This is the best experience that we have ever had at a Spa ~ the Cliffs Hotel was also exceptional!!

The rooms were clean with great Red Flower products. The bed was very comfortable. The view was fantastic!! The Spa was off the charts incredible!

the high cost didn’t match up with the stay. Would book at a different hotel next time.

the hotel/ room was clean and the employees were very attentive, professional and friendly.

the bed was really uncomfortable. Both my spouse and I had issues sleeping because the bed caused back pain.

Swim, stroll, and spa, then go into town to enjoy the many little restaurants!

The view from our ocean/pool view room was lovely. The staff, including bellman, restaurant and spa were very kind and accommodating. The pool was heated and that alone will bring us back! Because of the view, the spa and the heated pool, we were able to enjoy a real vacation even though it was cold and stormy weather!

The beds were not comfortable at all. The restaurant was meh--my daughter had an "ahi salad" from the lunch menu that truly should have been an appetizer--it was as if ONE piece of sashimi was thinly sliced and arranged in a circle with a few thin slices of cucumber. I felt that given the limitations in hours and choices in the restaurant, they could have provided a microwave and a bit more thinking about the food offerings.

Location. It’s just off the highway, but fairly quiet. Easy access to San Luis Obispo and Pismo beach. Facilities in the room are good.

Bathrooms are a bit tiny compared to the size of the room.

Excellent beach week

Location of the Cliffs Hotel was fantastic. I booked a room with partial beach view. I was able to sit on the patio and enjoy my ocean view. Valet recommended several nice places to eat. The free Valet service was also a plus due to the rainy week. Lastly, I had a wonderful Spa day. So... relaxing. I will definitely go back.

Not the usual high quality stay🥴

Repeat client because of wonderful luxury beds, creative food, and usually good service.

Vanessa did not complete check-in which caused embarrassing scene when dinner charge was denied. Double charge for room required extra trip to registration desk to resolve. Noisy furniture moving in room above us wakened us repeatedly at night.

beautiful scenery and clean but no beach access. they said there’s beach access but for older folks that’s a hike and dangerous at times. just drove to Avila

the food was OK. the deck was. wet hot and at sundown the sun is blaring in your face and the umbrellas don’t bend - ????? there was also a guy there that first night that was hitting on the waitress obviously making her very uncomfortable and he was really loud. she didn’t want to say anything and it made it just uncomfortable because everyone could hear him
