Friendly staff greeting and clean facilities. Overall, a comfortable place to sleep.
The little things: lack of some kitchen provisions, like oven mitts, kitchen towels; the TV is mounted without a swivel in an awkward place in the room (alongside the door, positioned for a bed 15'+ away); lightbulbs throughout are different temperatures.

The room layout was nice. Very handy having our own kitchen plus all the necessary equipment to cook for ourselves.
The location was perfect too, close to the pub, a couple cafes and local business selling crabs, and fresh or cured salmon.
People were friendly and helpful.
There is a sharp dangerous corner on the road. It would benefit those who stay with you, to inform them that there is a safe route through the property to go to the wharf.

Beds were comfortable. Spacious. Refrigerator was spacious. Quiet.
Kitchen towels would have been good to have. Very hard to get suitcases upstairs. Concern for steps being slippery with the rain. Fan for air circulation would have been good.

Minimum 2 night booking for the cabins. Facility under new ownership which has changed the parameters for the worse.
