The property is pretty clean - sheets and towels were clean. Small motel room and relatively inexpensive. We were here for one night so not much to comment on for service.
It is far from the beach (not walking distance). Our plan was to take Ubers but Ubers and taxis are very very limited in the area. Something to keep in mind when booking.

Location is a bit away from the main drag which we liked. Room was clean and cool. Coffee maker and ice machine on the 1st floor was convenient.
Personal preference - our queen matrass was a bit soft, but I know many guest will like it.

The Yonge man was very kind and helpful took my luggage up the stairs and lent me the phone charger.
