Right up front, the room is small and the shower is a notch above cruise-ship size. Only cleanliness complaint would be some mold in the shower. Bed was comfortable, temperature was comfortable and controllable. Staff was above friendly and courteous. Location was perfect for a walk downtown or a launching point for other activities.
A little larger shower would be nice, hard to bend over to wash your feet or for a woman to shave legs.

Property is located in city centre of concord, have two restaurants with amazing menu. Staff is so warm and always welcoming. food quality is excellent
They should have daily laundry facilities and owner should remove carpet running between restaurants, serving area as they have been very dirty, they must install non-skid flooring of stone or ceramic tiles, which is more durable and easy to clean.

Breakfast and dinner was very good
Parking for people who stayed at the hotel was terrible. Hostess told us that people park out back for eating at the restaurant. That parking should strictly be for people staying at the hotel.
