We had a great time . We all loved it .

The location was amazing easy to get around to everything that we are therefore. Kids loved the bathtub 🛁 so cool .

Can’t really say there was nothing that I liked.

Wonderful, comfortable, relaxed visit

Comfortable and well appointed room. Down pillows and dimmable lighting a big plus. Family friendly. They let us check in super early after we arrived from the airport because a room was available, big win when traveling with kids. Restaurant and bar were easy but upscale. Fantastic walkable location.

Pricy, but the experience was superb.

Location was perfect, close to everything

We asked for a room with a view. We were put on the 7th floor and had a really bad view. Super disappointing

It was amazing

The format of the room. The food and spa bath.

The pillows were a bit flat. The bathroom floor needs to be deep clean.

We had a great time in Seattle but the type of room I ordered on booking.com room did not exist at the hotel. Despite t

Spacious rooms, attentive staff, central location. The hotel provided umbrellas for us out of towners.

We were initially given room without a view even though I paid extra on booking.com for a higher level room with view. It also didn’t have room for roll away bed if the sofa bed was opened up, which made it hard to fit 2 adults and 2 children (who didn’t want to be both on sofa bed). The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodated us with a higher level room (apparently worth more than what booking.com charged) and did their best to compensate for the miscommunication between the hotel and booking.com. The room I booked through booking.com apparently did not exist at the hotel, so I asked hotel to communicate with booking.com and vice versa.

Won't come back to 1000 Hotel any more

There is a renovation on the first floor of the hotel where is lobby used to be. Nobody told us about it, not in email, not in text - when you come in, you don't know where to go, how to check in. Other guests advised us. Poor service all together.

Disappointing

Holes in the carpeting. Cabinets worn and beatup. Bath faucet splashed water everywhere in the bathroom. The water view was a V looking between two buildings.

I would stay again, but the cost would ABSOLUTELY be a factor.

We have been staying here since the property opened and have always loved the location and the rooms.

While the location is great, we were really dissapointed in the cost, especially since the restaurant was closed for dinner for the nights we were there.

Great. Waterfront just a block from the hotel....Ivar's was right there on the water.

We received an upgraded room. Beautiful room with city view. Bed was great. Bathroom was very well done. Breakfast at All Water Restaurant off the lobby was excellent. Front desk group were all very friendly and helpful. Jordy went out of her way to help in every way. All were very professional and took pride in their job. Would stay again!

Hotel does not have a business center for your computer use. Would have been helpful.
