The room was excellent, comfortable and clean, Location is perfect for exploring Seattle.
At 7 am as we were checking out the person on duty insisted that we had to pay a resort fee for 2 nights. Even after showing the Booking.com confirmation that the stay was paid in full, and no resort fee was due he kept insisting that we owed the hotel $50. Ended up insisting on talking to a manager, who after some discussion conceded there shouldn't be any additional fees on top of what we already had paid. As this has happened before at a Hilton hotel I suspect Hilton counts on getting away with extra charges when you are checking out and are in a rush to catch a flight/train/ferry. If you stay here, and it is otherwise a very nice hotel, make sure to save all booking information so you can pull it up as needed.

The location was great and it was nice to have two restaurants onsite and cafes across the street. Staff were very nice and accommodating and rooms were clean and comfortable, great value for our time in Seattle.

Great location in downtown. Ease of checking in and out. Pretty comfy beds. Frolick lounge is awesome. Staff was all around pleasant.

Location; convenient to everything in downtown Seattle
Clearly had been some water damage in the bathroom that they hadn't fixed. Only one towel in the bathroom so my partner and I had to share. General issues with cleanliness. The mini fridge did not work. No option for room service. $60 to park on top of room fees
