The downtown location was great.
This was not up to Kimpton standards. It is an older hotel with worn and ripped up carpet that is a trip hazzard and it doesn't have that Kimpton scent.

I loved the happy hour with complimentary wine! We were in a time crunch to get ready and eat before a concert, and it was just such a nice welcome. We also ordered room service from the restaurant, and it was delicious.
We had a short stay, and I really didn’t notice anything that could’ve been improved upon.

Location is great.
No coffee possible to make in the room. Bathtub shower was unsafe bc slippery base and no wall bar. Price we paid on Booking.com a lot more than current rate. Plus we paid for breakfast but bc we had an early morning flight, we couldn't get breakfast and couldn't get a refund bc we booked it through Booking.com

I did not like anything particularly.
A room with a view to the 'inside', whih is the parking lot of the building... Mold in the shower head, peeling wallpaper, water damage on the roof...
