It was ok for one night

Comfortable bed

Hard to identify room allocated; staff very vague about its location. It was dark outside, late and there was no help finding room Lobby unappealing, breakfast area ditto.

Very nice and overworked staff made up for an unclean room.

Helpful staff, comfortable beds, indoor pool.

Our room was not cleaned well. Leftover plastic bag with advil, empty water bottle under the bed, pistachio nuts and a kid’s toy under the other bed, glitter on the floor, empty wine glass behind microwave.

Disappointing after a long flight delay.

Location close to airport; shuttle driver was great. Bed was comfortable.

Very mediocre cleaning and staff was more concerned with one another than promptly serving guests. No soap at sink and some bottled water would be helpful.

A run down airport motel in need of TLC

It was near the airport

Don’t be fooled by it being part of the Beat Western family. It isn’t. This was previously run by another hotel chain and it was run down then and nothing has changed aside from signage. It is overpriced, dated, extremely pungent from the smell of mold. The staff were not helpful and would avoid like the plague.

Very convenient for airport. Clean and comfortable

I arrived at the airport very late (about 11pm). Phoned for the hotel shuttle and it arrived very quickly. Found out the next day just how close the hotel is from the airport (approx 5 minute walk to the terminal!). Staff were very pleasant. Room was clean and comfortable.

Everything was fine.

Recommended stay!

Excellent location from the airport, the shuttle driver was great! And being able to leave our car for a week in the parking is great (cheaper than airport parking!!)

it was directly across from the train and airport and super affordable

the rooms weren’t the best but it’s an older hotel. the beds and pillows definitely need upgrades.

Make sure you get on the right shuttle

Be aware that there are several Sure Stay hotels at SEattle Airport. Make sure you get on the right shuttle. I could not get a person on the curbside phone to let them know I needed a shuttle. It was just a recording.

For a pure overnight stay.

The expectations was: I need a calm hotel with a convenient room. All tick-marked. The hotel owned shuttle bus system to the airport is a clear benefit.

I could not set the aircon temp on my own. There was no remote control and the appliance was close under the ceiling - not within reach. The view was disastrous, I looked at the wall of a light well, which does not support your safety feeling.
