Clean & comfy, nice swimming pool
Bit overpriced due to the below factors: Free slow internet, paid fast internet (in silicon valley, really?!), no smart TV - only PPV with hotel's own movie library

The hotel is well-located and offers good value for money, with friendly staff and clean rooms. Complimentary morning coffee and evening drinks are nice touches
The property id very old and it shows its age, dated furniture, worn carpets, and a creaky elevator that can be unsettling.

On the main road around 5-10 minutes by car from downtown Sunnyvale. Check in and check out processes were smooth. Nice lounge area in the reception. Good to have the free tea, coffee and juice in the morning and chilled water fountain.
Pool was unavailable for use throughout the duration of my stay. I was told we could use the pool of the hotel next door. However, apparently that didn't extend to the day I checked out (which is strange as many other hotels still allow use of their facilities on the day you check out). Reception also made a big deal out of me asking to store my luggage on the day of my check out (claiming that space in their office was limited and it would be a fire hazard, requiring me to basically ask again and plead before they would re-take my luggage). Room was fine although pin code for the safe was not clearly visible so I couldn't use the safe and for some reason, I was only given half of a full toilet paper roll on the first day (although this was rectified by room service the following day).
