Won’t stay ever again!

Front staff was nice. Downstairs looked very nice

Roaches in the room, mold all over the shower area. Bathroom sink detaching from the wall. Bed was very hard. Breakfast was cold burnt eggs, un done cold sausage and hard bread. No coffee. The had to pour out the oj because it was bad. Full breakfast my butt. Just horrible

They got me at “breakfast” but it wasnt offered so i was dissatisfied.

I did not breakfast any day i was there out if the 4 days. It was not “available”

Would I stay there again, depends if it's cleaner after renovations are done.

Price was fairly reasonable. Honestly could have been less for cleanliness reasons. Bed and pillow was comfortable.

Location was good but to get to the hotel from one direction was slightly challenging due to a median. They did try to fulfill our request to have rooms beside each other. However, the entry pad wasn't working and they had to move us down the hall. That room has a mildly, musty smell. Didn't want to ask to change rooms after they said that was there next closest room. So dealt with it. The other room had 4 roaches in it. Rooms look clean otherwise. Also, I was told they were under new management and undergoing renovations. Couldn't tell. Lobby had a large flan blowing air in it. Pool was closed for renovations. So bummer for the children.

I have stayed in several places in Tyler but this was my worst stay anywhere.

The breakfast was ok I have had better

your office staff your helpers thelobby was so hot. The room was to lookat was ok but the bed was so hard could not enjoy our rest I needed a room where I could let my husband riht out in front none available that should have been a sign he had to walk so far and like to not have made it. The pictures on the internet are misleading.

I was turned away, i have dogs and the site said pet friendly...the desk clerk said no dogs, so i lost $60 because of it.

Disappointing

I liked my previous stay. It felt like a home other than a hotel

The staff was very rude and tried to overcharge meh a price other than what was presented at my booking.

Passable

The stay was ok. I use to stay at super 8 all the time as a travel agent. That's why I chose super 8 this time. Did use the pool and it was great. Love the set up in the pool area. Very quiet and secure property.

Did discover a couple of unwanted guests in my room. Bugs. I got rid of them. Was considering a longer stay. Will decide before check out. I'm a travel agent and always loved staying at super 8 locations in the past. That's why I came back. Did decide to use my own comforter on bed. The one here felt like sand paper. 😞

Good

Staff was wonderful. Beds were comfortable. Check in and check out was easy. Also, they were very accommodating to our requests. I will be back next week and am staying here again.

The breakfast was not as extensive as the photos would lead you to believe. More variety would be nice, especially as the photos show multiple options.

It was ok. No bugs. It looks like they are remodling. The carpet and beds were good and clean. The bathroom left a lot to be desired. It was ok for the price. Every other hotel that I wanted was full. I settled.

Best for your budget.

You can tell housekeeping does their job well.

While cleanliness was great the building itself needs upkeep and remodeling. Although not aesthetically pleasing, I would stay again, especially if on a budget. Was a minor inconvenience that we weren’t allowed to take breakfast back to the room.

they required a deposit but I only stayed one night and paid by card, they never refunded my 100 deposit
