Lovely 200 year old inn that has been beautifully updated. Ecclectic furnishings in the common areas. Fresh bisccoti, coffee and tea always available. Our room was very comfortable and the bathroom was great.
The Cafe across the parking lot had the most amazing pastries and breakfast offerings.
Juan, the front desk staff was welcoming, thorough and helpful.
We were lucky to find a room at the last minute and will definitely come again.

We were visiting Niagara Falls and the surrounding area. This location is great - an equally short (15-20 minute) drive from the very busy downtown falls area and the charming town of Niagara-on the-Lake. The area is quiet and lovely. There's plenty of on-site free parking. I recommend staying here and avoiding the hustle and bustle and traffic of downtown, since it's so easy to get there if you want to. There are wineries and a wonderful botanical garden nearby to visit. The Inn itself is fabulous. Our charming host Pilar greeted us and showed us around and made us feel very comfortable. The Inn is the perfect combination of historic architecture with tastefully renovated and upgraded modern amenities. It's very cozy yet modern. There are several common rooms on the ground floor to relax in, and a nice "cafe" room with coffees, teas, biscottis that you can help yourself to, as well as a small refrigerator for guests. It definitely does not have the feel of many B&B's that are old fashioned and feel like somebody's idea of a grandmother decorating it. We were traveling with our adult son and booked room number 1, which was actually a suite of two bedrooms including two bathrooms. It was very spacious, comfortable and perfect for us. Breakfast was included in the price and was provided at the trendy and cute cafe located a few steps across the small street. You could choose anything from the menu within the allocated price per person. The cafe staff was also friendly and accommodating.
