Disappointing, uncleaned, cramped, and overpriced!

At check-in, we were given a cabin directly in front of the trash area. I went back to the front desk and asked if we could have a cabin with a “better view.” We were given another cabin two doors down from the first one, which was at least away from the trash area. Unfortunately, the cabin was extremely uncomfortable for three people. Once we opened the sofa bed, there was barely any room to get to the bathroom, making it very difficult for the other two guests to use it. To make matters worse, the bathroom had a very strong urine smell. I had Clorox wipes in my car, so I decided to clean the bathroom thoroughly myself before using it. I didn’t want to go back to the front desk again because we had already been told that this was the last available cabin. We paid $425 for one night, which made the experience even more disappointing. I understand that prices in Jackson can be very high, but for nearly $500 a night, I expected a much better experience. Unfortunately, this place was far below what we expected and, in our opinion, this property failed to meet basic expectations, and the stay was not worth the price.

Great location in town.

It was very cramped, no where to move or put luggage for family of 5. Can’t imagine staying for any extended period.
