Our 2 room suite was all we needed, but a little smaller than expected. Beds were very comfortable. There were large comfy robes in the bathroom. The shower was nice. The hotel is easy walk to Wrigley Field. Parking through the hotel was cheaper than using an app for "city parking". The breakfast was simple scrambled eggs and sausage, but more than expected. Buns and fruit and juices were available. Seating area for breakfast was very small but enough for 4 of us. Overall, I paid less than I would have at other similar hotels in the area.
The staff at check-in seemed flustered with too many tasks, taking care of a lady with parking issues and reflected that to me after the lady left. There was no extra blanket for the pull out sofa bed, but the room temperature was easily adjusted.

Good location, nice courtyard.
I paid a fortune - beds were too soft, sheets uncomfortable and the AC went on and off all night long and was very loud, even with 2 white noise machines going in room.
