Everything was nice and great location.
The tenants above our rooms were out of control at 3:30 in the morning. Waking us up

It was nice and clean and the customer service was good.
My room was extremely hot, due to the AC being out in our building. I asked to be moved, but they assured me the problem would be fixed. We didn’t get moved, so we had to sleep in that hot room. It was cooler outside than it was in our room. They ended up calling the next afternoon because of more issues and they changed our room. We were checking out the following morning, and just wanted to sleep comfortably. The jets in our jacuzzi tub didn’t work. We made the staff aware of this as well, as that was one of the amenities that we looked forward to having when we booked. This is the only time I’ve experienced this at Westgate.
