We arrived on October 15, 2026 for a 2-day stay and as soon as we spotted the hotel, we were surprised by the extremely privileged location, as it is just a few meters from Reading Terminal Market. The hotel structure is fantastic, quite modern and charming. The staff are excellent, all very polite and cordial, with a special shoutout to a gentleman at the front desk who welcomed us (unfortunately I don't remember his name, but he was a Black guy, well dressed in a suit), very friendly. The room was absolutely cozy, spacious, and with great facilities. We loved it!!! Philly is a fantastic city, this is my second time visiting and the first time (2020) I also stayed at a hotel of the same chain, also downtown, but a different unit. We will definitely return, and it will be at the same chain which is excellent. When we return, it will certainly be at the same hotel.
It was everything ok!!!

The room and location are wonderful for what we were there for!
The parking situation is handy; however, given the hotel's proximity, it would be nice if it could work something out to help the hotel patrons. The pricing is standard, but something extra would go a long way.

Convenient location for getting to both Old City and Fishtown, and very clean room. The room was nothing special, and the bed was super squeaky, but very comfortable nonetheless. The staff were very pleasant and helpful, and we were able to store our stuff for free after checking out.
It’s a shame that there isn’t hotel parking, so I had to book valet parking nearby (one of the cheaper options, about $35 per day). The A/C unit was also quite loud, and the wind whistled very loudly outside our window.
