Great location close to convention center. Good staff. Good value for money. Simple breakfast.
Homeless people hang around the hotel. The water pressure in bathroom was not good.

Location was close to transportation and shopping. Guest safety was good. Staff was very helpful with assistance with my needs.
Could use more variety for breakfast, such as hot food and meat. A mini refrigerator and microwave for guest in room

It was close to the B line train.
Too many homeless / drug addicts within feet of the entrance. Outside of the QQmart next door (which is a run down dump), it's good walk to find food.
