lots of amenities, breakfast was good
There seems to be issues with cleanliness , some parts off the hotel seem a buy worse for wear (like the elevators having discoloration, lamps in bedrooms having stains)

The hotel was beautiful and the staff was friendly. Their complimentary breakfast was delicious and my family had a great time! We will definitely be returning.

Clean, loved the morning breakfast. Loved the pool and jacuzzi
Our room door was incredibly hard to open and close. Check in, the lady was really nice but her assistant, when I asked her a w, wasn’t so nice. And in morning I asked front desk for toothpaste and she got me the toothpaste but never uttered a word. Her face was just blank

The room itself was large and clean
$25 "early" check-in fee (even for 1 hour); pool was shut down due to "vomit", but seems that shutting it down is a regular thing; currently under renovations (8/2/26); people running through the halls screaming and knocking on doors; bed was extremely lumpy.
